Oliver von Wersch
FOUNDER AND CEO

I have been a major leader in digital transformation for some of the top media companies in Germany and Europe.

I have been working in senior management positions for more than 10 years, and aggregates more than 20 years of digital expertise. 
My knowledge covers all relevant parts of the digital value chain product, tech, advertising, strategy. 

I founded the mobile internet business division of Tomorrow Focus AG (Burda) and the product management/strategy division 
at arvato mobile (Bertelsmann).

I built up the mobile advertising business for Gruner + Jahr from 2008, leading it to German market leadership. 
Became CEO of Gruner+Jahr digital ad sales unit in 2010, and CEO of the digital products division in 2012, 
playing a master role in Gruner + Jahr’s successful digital transformation.

Until March 2017, I was responsible for all strategic relationships of Gruner + Jahr with Google, Facebook, Apple, and Amazon, 
and for some of the most important startup-businesses. 
I held board positions in major German, and European industry associations.

Jana Stapelbroek
DIGITAL STRATEGY CONSULTANT

In 2014, I started studying International Management in Osnabrück with a specialization in international relations and strategic management. 

Through several stays abroad (France, Canada, Argentina), I was able to learn to constantly adapt to new situations, to solve problems caused by cultural differences, and to communicate in foreign languages.

My first professional step was with a Hamburg fashion brand in the International Sales department. There I was responsible for operational tasks, like opening up new sales floors, strategic development of existing sales floors, as well as meeting sales budgets. 

Since 2019, I am working at vonwerschpartner Digital Strategies, where I am mainly responsible for the execution of industry studies (e.g. concerning post-cookie advertising), strategic projects (e.g. development and implementation of monetization strategies) and operational tasks.

Hakim Benabdelmoumene
AD TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT

In 2013 I moved to Hamburg where I started my apprenticeship at one of Germanys biggest Publishers. 

There, I took my first steps in Ad Tech before I moved on to an Agency as Technical Account Manager. 
I supported our customers, set up trackings and campaigns and did a lot of agency stuff (taking care of their instagram, playing darts, petting dogs).

In 2020 I took the next step and joined Olivers Teams at vonwerschpartner Digital Strategies, where I am the „Tekkie“ – I advice and support our Clients in all the technical belongings regarding the ad tech industry.

Lisa Groening
JUNIOR RESEARCHERIN

In 2014, I started studying media- and sportsmanagement in Hamburg with focus on creative tasks and strategic management. 

After finishing I decided to turn my passion into profession and started freelancing in media and sports: As a project manager in the advertising industry, as an editor in online projects and as a yoga teacher. 

After completing my training as a systemic consultant, I started working at vonwersch Digital Strategies as a Junior Reseacher besides my Master of Business Administration, which will be finished in 2021. 
At vonwersch Digital Strategies I am mainly in charge for researching concerning industry studies.
